At LIMÉ Saudi Arabia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your LIMÉ account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags and the invoice into the original shipping packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your address, or drop it off at a designated LIMÉ boutique in Saudi Arabia.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
